SCP30 OVB M is a mobile unit that utilizes overbelt permanent magnet technology to separate magnetic particles from scrap. System capacity is 30-40 t/h. Material is loaded with excavator or loader on a vibrating feeder trough the inlet chute with pre-screen. Pre-screen prevents any oversize pieces from entering the separation process. Vibrating feeder is used to evenly spread and continuously feed desired material thickness of input material to the overbelt magnetic conveyor. Permanent magnetic blocks pick up the magnetic material and keep it on the bottom side of conveyor while it’s being transported. During this stage, non-magnetic particles are separated from magnetic with help of gravity and transported to separate surface or container. Clean magnetic scrap falls on a separate conveyor and is transported to another container. Achieved scrap purity by weight is up to 99%.
Complete SCP is installed on an industrial trailer, enabling internal mobility on site.
