SCP variant

SCP GO

A compact and mobile scrap cleaning solution designed for flexible deployment and efficient operation where space, mobility or staged investment matter.

SCP GO

SCP GO is the most compact SCP class — typically trailer-mounted and designed to be moved close to large scrap stockpiles, so you can clean material where the work happens.

Benefits

  • Fast deployment with minimal disruption and short internal relocation time
  • Operational flexibility for changing stockpiles / yards / campaign processing
  • Same cleaning effectiveness as larger SCP systems, delivered in a compact configuration

Key technology

  • Typical GO configuration is built around:
  • Industrial trailer chassis (mobile base)
  • Infeed chute + vibrating feeder with cascade for even material layer formation
  • Optional pre-screen to protect downstream separation from oversize pieces
  • Electromagnetic drum with rotating shell (main separation)
  • Non-magnetic and clean-scrap discharge conveyors (incl. slewing options)
  • Performance tuning via electromagnet power, drum speed, and mechanical vibration setting

Optional equipment

  • In-line weighing units
  • WASTEGUARD AI hazard detection on the conveyor
  • Onboard power generator (where required)
