SCP GO OVB 1200 — El Sadat

Mobile ferrous Scrap Cleaning Plant with 30–40 t/h capacity, overbelt multipole separation
Customer
Harsco (ArcelorMittal)
Location
El Sadat, Egypt
Year
2016

Designed for on-site recovery of ferrous parts from a predominantly non-magnetic stream, this mobile OVB unit is used directly on large sand / waste stockpiles where ferrous pieces are buried. The overbelt multipole separator lifts out magnetic material while the bulk of the sand continues on the non-magnetic side. This reduces unnecessary handling and makes follow-up sorting significantly easier.

Key technology

  • Industrial trailer (mobile GO concept)
  • Vibrating feeder with hopper
  • Permanent multipole magnet blocks in overbelt conveyor (OVB)
  • Optional pre-screen for oversize control
  • Belt conveyors for magnetic and non-magnetic discharge
