SCP FLEX

SCP FLEX 2400 SF — Metz

Semi mobile ferrous Scrap Cleaning Plant with 120 t/h capacity, screening and fine FE recovery
Customer
Coreso
Location
Metz, France
Year
2019

Designed as a semi-mobile FLEX installation, this SCP combines screening with fine ferrous recovery to deliver a cleaner output scrap stream. The fine fraction is separated, magnetically recovered and further classified, while screened and non-magnetic material is collected in boxes and sent to further treatment.

Key technology

  • Vibrating feeder with cascades & screening
  • Electromagnetic drum with rotating shell
  • Discharge conveyors
  • Fine Ferrous OVB recovery
  • Fine ferrous zig-zag classification

Services

  • Engineering & manufacturing
  • Installation & commissioning
  • Operator training
