SCP CORE

SCP CORE OVBH 2000 — Fredrikstad

Integrated overbelt ferrous Scrap Cleaning Plant with 60 t/h capacity- hybrid multipole magnetic separation
Customer
Metallco Oppland AS
Location
Fredrikstad, Norway
Year
2015

Installed after magnetic drum separation, OVBH targets the “carryover” problem—fabric and other non-magnetic particles trapped in the magnetic fraction (typical for shredded cars). The multipole rolling zone releases these impurities during underside-belt transport, delivering a cleaner ferrous output and significantly reducing hand-picking effort.

Key technology

  • Vibrating feeder
  • Electromagnet capture onto underside belt
  • Multipole permanent magnet blocks (rolling zone)
  • PLC control

Services

  • Design & engineering
  • Manufacturing
  • Assembly
