SCP CORE 3000 SF G — Warsaw

Integrated ferrous Scrap Cleaning Plant with 150 t/h capacity, screening, fine and coarse ferrous recovery
Customer
Oxytec
Location
Warsaw, Poland
Year
2024

Installed as an integrated CORE plant, this SCP is designed for high-capacity magnetic cleaning of recycled ferrous scrap (E1, E46, E40, HMS1/2) and wagon residues. Vibratory conveying with cascades opens compacted material for improved cleaning, while screening (0–20 mm) and additional ferrous recovery stages reduce ferrous losses in fine and coarse non-magnetic fractions. Operating parameters (magnet power, drum speed and vibration settings) are adjustable to maintain stable performance across changing input.

Key technology

  • Vibrating feeder with cascades & screening
  • Electromagnetic drum with rotating shell
  • Fine and coarse ferrous OVB recovery
  • Discharge conveyors

Services

  • Engineering & manufacturing
  • Installation & commissioning
  • Operator training
