Installed as an integrated CORE plant, this SCP is designed for high-capacity magnetic cleaning of recycled ferrous scrap (E1, MHS, E40, E46) and wagon residues. Vibratory conveying with cascades opens compacted material for improved cleaning, while screening and additional ferrous recovery stages reduce ferrous losses in both fine and coarse non-magnetic fractions. Operating parameters (magnet power, drum speed and vibration settings) are adjustable to maintain stable performance across changing input.
