Installed as an integrated CORE plant, this SCP is designed for high-capacity magnetic cleaning of recycled ferrous scrap (E1, E46, E40, HMS) and wagon residues. Vibratory conveying with cascades opens compacted material for improved cleaning, while screening (0–20 mm) and fine ferrous recovery reduce ferrous losses in the fine fraction. The unit is installed on a pre-prepared reinforced concrete base plate.
