Installed as an integrated CORE plant, this SCP cleans mixed ferrous scrap and wagon residues before downstream use. Cascading vibration opens the material stream for effective separation, while screening and fine ferrous recovery help reduce ferrous losses in the 0–40 mm fraction. Operating parameters (magnet power, drum speed and vibration settings) are adjustable to maintain stable performance across changing input.
