Installed as an integrated CORE solution at SIJ Acroni, this SCP cleans mixed ferrous scrap (E1, E40, E46, HMS) and wagon residues before downstream use. Screening and fine ferrous recovery reduce ferrous losses in the fine fraction, while online weighing tracks the fine and coarse non-magnetic fractions—supporting yield tracking, supplier assessment, and simpler reporting. A slewing conveyor enables flexible stockpiling with minimal yard handling.
